An ongoing list of health and fitness goals!

1. Run a marathon in 2013.
2. Run a sub 2:00:00 half marathon.
3. Finish NROLFW.
4. Wear a size 8.
5. Become a certified trainer.
6. Do a triathlon.
7. Eliminate heavy bingeing.
8. Limit fast food meals to one a month.
