Daily Fit Thought #3

We always find time to watch our favorite shows, to have some drinks, to sit and surf the net, so we have time to workout! A thirty minute jog equates one episode of Family Guy. I want people to really sit and think about what stops them from fitting in a moment to exercise. Do not let fear and excuses stop you from doing what you know will only bring positivity to your life.
There is no excuse to skip a workout!

    O.K. gonna get off my bootay and get to it. Maybe get in a bike ride while I still can. Thanks for the thought.
